Revlon's Minted + China Glaze's Hey Sailor polka dots

Hi!

Just a quick post using 2 of my favourite polishes.

I felt like doing a very simple polka dot design over Revlon's Minted.  Unfortunately I didn't wait long enough for the polka dots to dry before applying my topcoat (Sèche Vite) as you can notice on my thumb... I'll do better next time :)
